"Towerborne" initial character weapon intelligence released
The side-scrolling action adventure game Towerborne will be available for trial at Cologne 2024, and its developer Stoic Studio has revealed information about the initial characters and their weapons on Xbox Wire.
"Towerborne" takes place in the City of Numbers, a post-apocalyptic fantasy world overrun by monsters. There are four initial characters, each with a different initial weapon: the Sentinel with a sword and shield, the Rockcrusher with armor, the Fiery with a stick, and the Shadow Raider with a double dagger.
Isaac Torres, chief combat designer, says the characters "have a high skill limit," but they are all easy to pick up. Players can also combine their skills in unique ways, such as using the Rock Shredder to blow enemies away, and then the Hot One attacks to repel them, and finally ends the battle with a powerful finishing move.
The characters' rich skills and unique weapon combinations in "Towerborne" provide players with a challenging combat experience.
